About IVRM

IVRM is an agency that has been increasing the reputation value of organizations for twenty years. The old website was mainly used as a knowledge base, and there was a need to significantly renew it so it could also be used for marketing, attracting new colleagues, and strengthening IVRM's image. From Knowledge Base to Experience

IVRM had already made several attempts to renew the website, but unfortunately without success.

Demi: "The problem we faced was that the website had been worked on by several people before, but they didn't really have professional knowledge about websites and related matters. The current site was mainly used as a knowledge base, but it didn't really capture the imagination. An applicant even mentioned hesitating to apply with us because of the state of the website. That's why we went looking for a professional team to take this on."

After inviting several parties, the choice ultimately fell on Get Interactive. "With a beautiful presentation, confidence was quickly established. But especially because Get Interactive thought along well with us; the structure, the flow, but also the look & feel, and that it would remain unique but recognizable"

"The bi-weekly meetings to discuss where we stood and whether everything was still on schedule were also very pleasant. This also helped us to communicate better internally and involve colleagues in the project.

It also helped that we had agreed on clear deadlines with each other that we could also rely on internally. The Trello board also helped to make clear what we still needed to deliver ourselves and where we stood."

Solutions

Our plans

The structure of the new website was created based on keyword research. A critical look was also taken at the Customer Journey and Call-to-Actions. These were previously scattered everywhere, but are now in the right place, such as in slide-ins and a standard block at the bottom of the page.

Demi: "We could collaborate well with Get Interactive and received guidance to, for example, think through the Customer Journey and develop the target groups into personas. The support was very pleasant, we could always involve Get Interactive if we couldn't figure something out."

Of course, we also took different devices and screen sizes into account; the website is fully responsive. There is renewed content and photography, and the website contains useful features, such as a news carousel, search function, call button on mobile, route on Google Maps, and an option to sign up for the newsletter in the footer.

It works so smoothly now, and you see results immediately. It certainly motivates working on the website.

Result

Easy to use

The backend of IVRM has also been cleaned up. By using the WordPress CMS with custom content blocks, working on the backend has become much clearer. With these content blocks, authors can easily create blogs, for example, without having to worry about formatting.

Demi is enthusiastic: "It works so much easier than with the old website. It's clearly structured on the backend, you know exactly what to do and have clear blocks instead of Elementor-like difficulties. The website is more structured with a clear menu. It's more organized, while on the old website the unwritten website rules weren't really recognizable, making everything a bit fuzzy. It works so smoothly now, and you see results immediately. It certainly motivates working on the website."

We asked Demi what she was most satisfied with: "The header is just amazing. On the homepage you enter and you're immediately interested. I personally find the interactive parts really cool. There you can also really see your quality, especially because it's not a standard plugin or part of the theme, but really comes from your expertise. And in that you also see your added value and identity, and what we want to radiate!"

When asked if Demi would recommend us, we get a wholehearted "Yes!". Demi: "I found it a pleasant way of working with each other.
