On a daily basis, the chatbot receives almost half of all customer contact, of which it successfully completes 70% of the questions. During Black Friday (2018), this chatbot alone was good for the work of no less than 225 FTEs in customer service. Those are some numbers!

We're not saying you should immediately fire your entire customer service team. But chatbots can be extremely helpful in handling frequently asked questions and doing the necessary preliminary work. This way, your staff can focus on the more complex questions.
